HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
• For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery as they may be shipping from other countries.
• For international shipping allows from 3-7 weeks.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 3-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR REFUND/ REPLACEMENT?
You can return you order to get a refund if they are defective or damaged. However, you need to pay the shipping fee. You can also return item to get a replacement. We will pay the shipping fee for you if you replace item to get the new one.
