MKTEE CUSTOMER REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM

This special program is only for our loyal customers. Once you become a MKTEE customer, your friends will receive a 10% off voucher for their next order, and you will receive $10 as a reward.

Here's what you need to know about the Referral Program:

  1. How does it work?

- On the order status page, you'll see a referral widget with its URL. In exchange for incentives, you can either copy the link or share it with friends using any of the available apps on your device in exchange for rewards. These rewards are given in the form of store discounts on the next purchase.

- When an order is fulfilled through your link, a fixed sum will be added to your total reward. You can redeem this reward for your future purchase.

- The total reward cannot be split and must be redeemed in its entirety on the next purchase. The purchase must be above the minimum amount.

- If a purchase is made through your link after redeeming your reward, a new reward will start building up again.

- For every purchase made through your link, you will receive a notification email. This email provides you with a link to your balance page.

On that balance page, you can redeem your total reward in MKTEE store or share your referral link again:

  1. Terms of Service

A successful referral must meet the following criteria:

  1. An order made directly through your unique link. If your link was used by a referred customer who leaves the page and purchases later, this will disable the referral tracking.
  2. If a minimum purchase amount is specified, the order must meet the required purchase amount or higher.
  3. The order made by the referred customer was successfully fulfilled.

- The friend discount will only be applied to customers who are defined as "new" in our store. This does not apply to any discounts created before enabling this setting.

- You will still get your reward for any purchases made through their link, regardless if these were from new or returning customers.

- It is prohibited to refer yourself, including using a different email address, and to distribute your referral link via commercial advertising or spam.

- Once a successful referral has been detected, an email containing information on how to claim your reward will be sent out to you. It may take up to a day after the referral purchase is fulfilled for the referral to be detected.

- Rewards are accumulated separately for each unique link. If you make more than one purchase at the store, each purchase will result in generating a different link.

Any abuse of this offer may result in the rescission of your referral credit and the referred customer's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice.
